NOTE:
You are responsible for your visa, accommodation and flight ticket. However, the Institute issue you an invitation letter that can be presented at the Embassy, and if you need any further assistance in respect of visa, the Institute shall assist where necessary.

You will be given a Participation Form after registration online and following which you will get Conference Participation Form before your official invitation be sent to you.

NOTE’
American Visa appointment has been fully booked till next year already, therefore those interested in participation must take proactive step now to ensure they secure visa interview appointment urgently.

2. You are advised to book your accommodation and flight ticket ahead of time to enjoy discounted rates.

Please complete application form after payment to the institute’s designated accounts. The receipt of payment or tellers should be scanned and attached with this form.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

  1. Any cancellation before 31st December, 2021 attracts 100% refund
  2. Any cancellation before 31st January, 2022 attracts 50% refund
  3. Any cancellation before 28th February, 2022 attracts 30% refund
  4. Any cancellation thereafter attracts 0% refund since all cash shall have been used fully for preparation of conference by that time because we do pre-arrangement for the event.

Making payments automatically means you hereby agree that it is your responsibility to attend the conference section and your inability to attend does not guarantee refund of the paid fee. You also agree that it is your responsibility to acquire all travelling documentation as required, and you are also accept of the need to pre-arrange with hotels before departure from your country of origin.

You accept that certificate will not be issued to you without full participation. accept that admin charges of 30% will be deducted from my paid fee if you fail to get visa for whatever reasons with full evidence, if request for refund is made at least a month to the date of event. You pledged to comply with the conference policy.
